Mohamed
Mohamed makes the practical details disappear. He can guide you through the souks, arrange airport transfers, organise a mountain picnic, book riding on the beach or simply help you find the perfect way to spend tomorrow.
Your stay
Dar Louisa is available only as a fully staffed, exclusive-use home. Meals appear when you want them, rooms are quietly cared for and local adventures can be arranged around the rhythm of your stay.

The first moment
Behind a discreet grey door, the old town falls away: lamplight, moving water, fruit trees and the soft green reflection of the courtyard pool.
This is a stay designed to feel personal from the beginning. Whether you come alone, as a couple, a family or a houseful of friends, the whole house is all entirely yours.
The people who make it special
Brother and sister, Mohamed and Fatima are the dream team behind Dar Louisa, bringing warmth, local knowledge and thoughtful care to every stay.

Fatima cooks generous Moroccan food with seasonal ingredients and an instinctive understanding of her guests. Tell her your preferences and dietary needs in advance and each meal will be shaped around your table—or simply leave her to work her own magic.

At Fatima's table
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are freshly prepared each day. Moroccan cooking is at the heart of Fatima’s kitchen, but her talents reach far beyond it, with dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world. Everything is homemade—from bread and preserves to flavoured oils, spice blends and all the thoughtful finishing touches.
Eat in the dining room, beside the pool or under the evening sky. Meals are relaxed and flexible, with no restaurant timetable and no other table to consider.

Hammam & massage
Dar Louisa has its own hammam and massage room. Mohamed can arrange treatments during your stay, so an afternoon of calm is only ever a few steps from the courtyard.
Treatments are arranged separately and charged in addition.
